All delivery services provided by Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services are regulated by the following provisions:
Service Provision: Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services will provide pick-up and ground transportation services as ordered during Operation Hours from, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm PST.
Inspection and Search: Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services reserves the right, though not obligated, to inspect and search any items tendered for shipment.
Limitations of Liability: Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, strikes, weather, acts of shipper or consignee, improper packaging, or inherent nature of the shipment itself.
Liability Coverage: Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services assumes liability for loss or damage up to $250 per package, excluding transportation costs, at no additional charge. In cases where loss, damage, or delay is caused by the negligence of Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services, liability shall be limited to the actual value of the shipment, not exceeding $250 per package, excluding transportation costs.
Claims: Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services within 14 days of delivery. Legal action must commence within 180 days of delivery, and claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of California, Los Angeles County.
Contractual Modifications: No agent, employee, or representative of Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services has the authority to modify any provisions of this contract without written consent from an authorized officer of the company. Any modifications or amendments to these terms and conditions must be documented in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid and enforceable.
Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services reserves the right to update, amend, or otherwise modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.

Hazardous Materials: Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services does not transport hazardous materials as defined by regulatory authorities, including substances that are flammable, explosive, corrosive, or otherwise pose a risk to health, safety, or the environment.
Perishable Goods: We do not accept shipments of perishable goods that require refrigeration or have a limited shelf life, such as food products, plants, and pharmaceuticals.
Firearms and Ammunition: Emperor Augusto Courier and Delivery Services does not transport firearms, ammunition, or any other weapons, including parts or accessories related to firearms.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time without incurring any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of $25.00 USD.
Order Cancellation by Emperor Augusto: Emperor Augusto reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
Customers will be promptly notified of any cancellation and offered alternative delivery arrangements or a full refund.
